The Today Show Protest
Hillary supporters from all over the country gathered in front of the Today Show at Rockefeller Plaza in NYC yesterday morning. There was a nice turnout considering this was a purely grassroots, word-of-mouth organized event put on by HillaryClintonForum.net/. Staff from Hillaryspeaksforme.com were in attendance. Also, Bill O'Reilly's staff was there taking video. I would not be surprised to see some footage on his show on Monday. This clip runs a little over half an hour. Taylor Marsh gets a big shout-out from a supporter for helping to spread the word and for all her support of Hillary. No love for Keith Olbermann or Randi Rhodes here.

Thank you Blue Spot! I wanted to see the protest so badly. Can you edit it for all the coolest signs and also get it on youtube? (I'd leave the signs up for long enough to read them outloud to yourself twice), a quick montage of a minute or 90 sec.
Please also tell your superdelegates about the 15% Caucus Skew against Hillary's older-women core support. The whole dynamic with the superdelegates will change in a heartbeat when this story finally gets told by One (non-lemming) Honest Reporter. It will be clear that No-Absentee-Ballots-Allowed Caucus States cheated hundreds & hundreds of thousands of Hillary's voters of their rightful share of pledged delegates & popular vote, their precious voter endorsements. These loyal Democrats have a rising anguish & fury that they have been shamefully silenced, disappeared.
To jump to the punchline, note that in Texas, Hillary's voters were plus four in the primary and minus twelve in the caucus on the same day, same state. A 16% swing! Suppose we had only seen the grotesquely anti-democratic caucus results? That's what happened in caucus Iowa etc. The difference? Not organization, not passion of voters. Nonsense. The lack of an Absentee Ballot for caucuses.
I did thousands of volunteer phone calls starting in Iowa. 87-yr-old Vera put me on red alert when she said, "Oh no, honey I can't caucus, I'm a cripple." Taken aback, I blurted, "Well, maybe you could vote by mail Absentee?" She said, "If I can't be there in my body, I don't count."
The Will of the People? Which people? The Will of (Only the Healthy) People? That's why we have conventions and superdelegates. To look at the hidden truth. This Caucus Scandal is rotten in our democratic soul. Vera should count. In America the hundreds & hundreds of thousands of Veras should count.

Thanks for taking the time and effort to document this protest. Much appreciated. Of course the media wouldn't broadcast this event as it was directed at them! So up to individual citizens and bloggers to record reality.
And please keep the full version on here, even if you make smaller/edited clips for youtube.

Thanks Murray for organizing the event. I'm taking a break today but I'll get some smaller clips for YouTube soon. Didn't realize how much time all the editing takes but well worth it.

I am so happy that you were there to capture this so it can be a part of the internet for ever. I can't wait for the edited version to hit youTube. I am a member of the hillaryclintonforum.net and we have watched the medis bias, voter suppression, Hillary bashing and Obama love fest long enough, and that is why we organized this protest. There are other such protests springing up across the country now. If anyone is interested just Google media bias protest and you will find links to protests in Wa. D.C, Seattle Wa. La. Ca. People have finally had enough!! Vote Hillary "08

Good site! thanks for the caucus debacle comment. Here's hoping the youtube on that comes our real soon.
I, also, volunteer called voters in Texas, explaining to Hillary supporters about the caucus. Many who wanted to participate were disabled and concerned about the arrangements. Hope they were OK but have seen a hillaryspeaksforme piece on youtube, showing a Hillary organizer on the phone with an obamanite who was trying, through intentional confusion, to get Hillary supporters to not show up (for the next step.)
