Congressman slams congressional budget
STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- During congressional budget committee testimony yesterday, Rep. Vito Fossella criticized proposed cuts to Medicare and Medicaid services and city hospitals, urged more money for sickened first responders from Ground Zero and demanded full funding for anti-terrorism money.
