When I was a first grade teacher, I couldn't make it through the week before Martin Luther King's Jr.'s birthday without tears. Every book I'd read to the kids in social studies would include some line that just got to me. No one is perfect, but Martin is an inspiration beyond words to this day and surely for as long as I can imagine. Thanks for keeping the dream alive with your post and best wishes from Chicago.
